Princeton Place 5 is the first of five mid-rise condominiums located on nearly 10 acres of beautiful grounds within the guard gated Wiggins Bay community. Princeton Place 5 is the only building to have a sun deck on the 5th floor with a bathroom, a party room and a lending library with books, videos and beach toys for visiting grandchildren.
